Jawara Alleyne Central Saint Martins graduate and Fashion East alumni presented his Fall/Winter 2024 collection at London Fashion Week at St Mary Le Strand Church. The collection called "Eye of the Storm" looked to the concepts of deconstruction and reconstruction, presenting silhouettes inspired by the designer’s nautical heritage of the Cayman Islands, characterized by a sense of Caribbean ease and lightness.
For this occasion, I was invited by Jawara Alleyne to shoot backstage, focusing on capturing the full looks and the space around them. Shot with fish eye lens, encapsulating distortion, chaos and darkness.
